As an Everyday Harness

First and foremost, the metal D ring placed on the back of the harness is where you will connect your lead for everyday walks. Additionally, the two side release buckles allow for easy on/off fitting. Therefore, this harness provides convenience and efficiency for daily use.

Excelling as a dog training harness

On the other hand, the metal D ring placed on the front chest plate is where you will connect your lead in order to train and correct your dog. With the lead attached at the front, you have complete control of your dog. Consequently, redirecting the dogs attention back towards you, the walker.

However, if you have a strong dog, the front attachment may not provide enough control. In this case, you should attach a double ended lead to both the back and the front.

In this way, you will be able to control the front and back of the dog, while also improving their balance, posture, and eventual walking habits.
